Description
Come along and enjoy a Sparkling Wine Masterclass at University House with Dr Geoff Scollary. Geoff will be covering methods of fermenting Australian sparkling wines through tank, transfer and traditional methods. The wines will be tasted throughout the Masterclass!
Presented by Dr Geoff Scollary, retired Foundation Professor Of Oenology at Charles Sturt University, Foundation Director of the National Wine and Grape Industry Centre. He is a former convener of the University House Tasting Panel.
